PRODUCT SELECTION GUIDE
Match the product. Count the boxes. Check the date.
For GlucoWell Supplies inquiries, the purchasing unit is the package described on the product page. Keep the product version, quantity and expiry information together so the quote describes the item you expect.
Does one box mean one item?
No. A box can contain one sensor, five pods, 50 test strips or another labeled count. The inside pieces remain part of that one factory package. For example, two boxes of 50 test strips means 100 strips in two boxes.
What is the difference between each, box and case?
| Each | One of the described items. Confirm whether that item is itself a sealed package. |
|---|---|
| Box | One factory package with the labeled contents. |
| Case | A larger unit that can contain multiple boxes or individual items. Use the exact case count. |
If a page offers both Each and Case options, select the intended option. If the listing only says “1 retail package,” ask for the contents before agreeing to an order; do not assume a box count.
How do I compare two prices?
Compare the same model, size, package contents, condition and expiry. A price per case cannot be compared directly with a price per individual item. Shipping and the final total are confirmed in the quote.
What does short-dated mean?
A short-dated product has less remaining shelf life than a longer-dated package. Ask for the actual printed expiry date, how many packages share that date and the expected delivery timing. A “one month” or “two months” label is not a rolling guarantee from today.
What should a seller send?
Share the full product name, option or model, number of unopened packages, printed expiry dates and stock location. For mixed lots, list each expiry with its quantity. A clear packaging photo can help; cover personal or prescription information first.
Are similar product generations interchangeable?
Do not assume so. Dexcom G7 and G7 15 Day, Omnipod 5 and DASH, and different Libre generations have distinct names for a reason. Match the exact product selected for your system and check the manufacturer’s current compatibility information.
